The features in our packages include marketing strategy planning, website management, social media management, content creation, photography, graphic design services, ads buying and dedicated one-on-one support from an account manager.
Video production and outdoor shooting (photography, events & KOLs) are excluded from the packages. However, we may be able to provide you these services with additional charges.
A minimum of 10 posts will be supplied per month. You may request for additional contents and posts based on time and resources availability.
We will provide 12 hours support daily, from 8am to 8pm. That said, we will strive to support your request at any time, whenever possible.
We understand that there would be moments where you would need immediate support in social media posting or website updates. Based on the packages that you subscribe to, you will be entitled to a certain amount of Urgent Requests; where you can receive an update or post one (1) day after the request is made.
No, the ads management fee is completely FREE. You will only have to pay for the ads credit and related taxes; 10% Withholding Tax and 6% Digital Service Tax. For example, if you would like to spend RM1000 on your ads, your total bill would be RM1160 (RM1000 ads credit, RM100 withholding tax, RM60 digital service tax).
We will help to manage your website content updates, server maintenance, domain and email hosting with no additional charges.
We will assign a project manager that is dedicated to your business in order to support all your daily request. This is also a way for you to save your hiring cost by outsourcing to us.
The minimum subscription period for our packages is 6 months, with a deposit of 3 months.
We provide tri-lingual (Chinese, English and Malay) copywriting and designs to allow you to reach a wide audience within Malaysia with high-quality contents.
Upon the payment, we will undergo a two-week onboarding and preparation period, which is not included in the contract period. During the onboarding process, we will talk to you about your business to further understand your current situation and discuss your company's selling points, new promotions, products or services that you are offering to the public.
